I am an energy healer, who uses the Body Consciousness® healing system to identify what physical, emotional, chemical, neurological stresses are occurring in a body. I work with individuals/ couples/ families with the purpose of creating greater connection, authenticity, health, togetherness and vitality in families. I equip clients with the tools to be able to create freedom and independence within family. I also have recovered from Chronic Fatigue after suffering with it for 8 years. I believe this is due to my determination and the Body Consciousness system which enabled me to discover more of myself, as well as love myself. I also draw on my 12 years of teaching as a high school teacher.

How much do you really believe you can give yourself beautiful, infinite, powerful soul? How much love? How much joy? How much magic? If you believe you can give yourself whatever is in your heart, then you will naturally believe you can give your loved one's what is in their heart.

There is no limit on what you can create and give yourself. The only limitation is with what you 'believe' you can give yourself. The quantum field - the energy field around you holds the possibilities/opportunities/magic/abundance but are you willing to let it all in? 🌺🌺🌺 Do you believe yourself to be worthy of it all?

Our conditioning can tell us that what we can give ourselves is dependent on how much we earn or what is in our bank account. 💰💰 Our stories may include:
*If I give myself this ... there won't be enough for ...'.
*I don't make enough money to live how I would like to'.
*I'm trapped - I don't have a choice'.
*I'm stuck - I need to make more money to give myself what I would love'.

Based on the law of attraction, your external life will reflect these internal beliefs. However, real freedom is in the knowing, feeling, believing and expansion of your imagination that anything is possible. Give yourself permission to dream and to voice the dreams in your heart. 💚

In the meantime make choices that give you that abundant 'feeling'. 😍 Not long ago, I was excited to buy some winter clothes. I was pumped - I've always loved clothes and self expression. Anyway, I looked everywhere and couldn't find anything. In the back of my mind, I remembered a friend telling me to go and check out St Vinnies and other second hand shops. I walked out with 10 items that I loved at a minimal price, felt incredibly abundant and loved that the choice supported the environment! 💟

I've also been looking for furniture for our bedroom. I looked at all of the traditional furniture stores and couldn't find anything that gave me that yummy feeling. I checked out Gumtree and found recycled timber, vintage pieces (dresser drawers and bedside tables) that had been lovingly restored and revived that was the exact colour I was looking for, for our room. In both situations, I opened up to all possibilities and believed I could give myself what I loved and desired and so can you! 💕☯✨😍
