I am an energy healer, who uses the Body Consciousness® healing system to identify what physical, emotional, chemical, neurological stresses are occurring in a body. I work with individuals/ couples/ families with the purpose of creating greater connection, authenticity, health, togetherness and vitality in families. I equip clients with the tools to be able to create freedom and independence within family. I also have recovered from Chronic Fatigue after suffering with it for 8 years. I believe this is due to my determination and the Body Consciousness system which enabled me to discover more of myself, as well as love myself. I also draw on my 12 years of teaching as a high school teacher.

Happy Christmas Eve 🎄🎅🌈 How has your week been? How are you spending Christmas?

Ok... it's time! ⏰⏲ Time for me to come out of the closet in relation to how I do Christmas! 🤗😁🎅🤶 I've broken out of a lot of societal conditioning in relation to what I feel I 'should' do or 'be' at Christmas, however, it isn't without a few self judgments. I feel at the end of the day, it's important to honour what you love. 💝💗💖

I muscle tested an Emotionally Happy Homes® tool for Christmas and it came up 'Spirit Energy'. It's all about connecting to your own spirit and higher self and asking, 'spirit energy to flow through my body'. So here is what I chose for Christmas after sitting with my higher self. 😃🌈✨🙏🌺

Here we go:

I've ordered pre made takeaway Christmas meal packs from one of my favourite plant based restaurants, Elixiba. 🌱🥦🥕🍓 While I love cooking for my family, I also love to have a break from it, but more than that, I love the feeling of ease.

My husband and I chose not to buy presents for each other. However, I have asked that I would love to be gifted with time/space to read, go to the beach, a break from organising etc. You can probably guess what my husband asked for - yes - it involves the bedroom! 😋😍😘

Love nature gifts 😊 When I was unexpectedly gifted with some plants for inside our home I couldn't hold the tears back. I love, love nature and having more plants inside our home, makes my heart sing. 🌼🌻🌱

Going to our yoga class on Christmas morning is an excitement for me. 🙏🎊

So look forward to spending time with my parents on Bribie Island - family time, reading, beach time, relaxation. ✨💫🙏☮
