I am an energy healer, who uses the Body Consciousness® healing system to identify what physical, emotional, chemical, neurological stresses are occurring in a body. I work with individuals/ couples/ families with the purpose of creating greater connection, authenticity, health, togetherness and vitality in families. I equip clients with the tools to be able to create freedom and independence within family. I also have recovered from Chronic Fatigue after suffering with it for 8 years. I believe this is due to my determination and the Body Consciousness system which enabled me to discover more of myself, as well as love myself. I also draw on my 12 years of teaching as a high school teacher.

Yesterday afternoon our little family packed up our cricket stuff and headed to the local park. 🌈🌟 We were excited to share time together and have a fun game of cricket... and it was heaps of fun up until the last 20 minutes. 🤣😂

My husband declared, "Right, 1 more bat each and that's it. We're going home" Our son was devastated and a big tantrum ensued - crying and expressing, "Why is Daddy in charge?". 💨💫 In these spaces the first thing I do is to hold space and give him the freedom to express, so that he feels it's safe to release emotion. 😪😥

Our experience with emotion is that there is always magic 💞✨☯☮ in understanding what our body is communicating. It is also an opportunity to connect and understand ourselves on a much deeper level. 💚💜💚The byproduct of knowing your heart/higher self more intimately is a deeper and loving connection with your home and family.

Secondly, when we were home we had a conversation about it. I used awareness and I tested the first person to look at was my husband. His awareness was to let go of authority and instead focus on 'working together' with Ethan to come up with solutions so they both felt free and had a choice. 🎉🎆🎈

Ethan loved this and felt heard, understood and seen. Lyell equally felt light because he desires a loving and open connection with his son.💗💝They agreed that next time we play cricket they would both decide on how long to play for and set a timer.
