I am an energy healer, who uses the Body Consciousness® healing system to identify what physical, emotional, chemical, neurological stresses are occurring in a body. I work with individuals/ couples/ families with the purpose of creating greater connection, authenticity, health, togetherness and vitality in families. I equip clients with the tools to be able to create freedom and independence within family. I also have recovered from Chronic Fatigue after suffering with it for 8 years. I believe this is due to my determination and the Body Consciousness system which enabled me to discover more of myself, as well as love myself. I also draw on my 12 years of teaching as a high school teacher.

A few weeks ago I was sitting outside, basking in the beautiful sunshine 🌞 when I had an intuitive thought find me: I should get a cleaner again! 🤷‍♀️🙋‍♀️ I had a few stories come up: this is very self indulgent, I've just gotta find a way to make it more fun or I have the time so why wouldn't I do it? 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️🙅‍♀️

However, a life 'via feeling' from my experience is a very yummy one! 😍🤩🥰 This I've learnt through the Emotionally Happy Homes® healing systems. So I followed the feeling and found an awesome company with women who love cleaning! When my new cleaners came on Tuesday, I felt so incredibly grateful! 🙏🎉🎆

Those three hours, where I'd normally be cleaning were now transformed into time for myself: going to a cafe, writing and walking on the beach. 🏖💌 🙌🏄‍♀️🧘‍♂️ But more importantly I was growing the neural pathway of joy, love and ease. And that my dear friends is energetic currency. 🌈💕 While money 💰💰 is an important commodity on the planet, so is the energetic currency of time, freedom, joy and ease etc. 💚🌱💟☮☯

When our son says he's bored or not sure what to do I ask him the following questions: What excites your heart right now? 💖What feels good for you? 🌱🎉😘

I have learnt through the gift and experience of healing that every BODY is different. 💘💗💟 I love how Matias De Stefano in the 'Initiation' Series (Gaia tv) explains that 'We are all fragments/perceptions from the same mirror'. All of the different reflections on our planet are all different parts of ourselves. 💚

Some bodies love the feeling of: hibernating; some are very sexual; some are very social; some are entrepreneurial; some are spontaneous; some are freedom seekers; some are ambitious; some are very responsible; some are peace makers and I could go on and on. 👩‍🦳👩‍🦰🧓👸👼👲 What a privilege to experience the beauty of all the ways that our bodies thrive in their different ways, based on feeling. 💚💚

The more you follow your feeling body, the stronger that neural pathway becomes, until it becomes innate. So many opportunities, magic and new connections open up as a result of following what feels light, fun or exciting for you. ✨💫🌱
